About Me
I am an water and climate scientist with over 20 years of experience exploring the linkages between human activities, climate, and the environment across all aspects of the freshwater domain. As a lead designer and innovator of research addressing complex environmental challenges spanning local to global domains, I have worked to integrate detailed scientific analysis with accessible tools and products to support climate resilience and sustainable management. My dedication to addressing the complex and interrelated nature of environmental issues facing our world has motivated me to spearhead interdisciplinary research joining multiple stakeholders from the municipal, academic research, NGO, industry, and policy sectors.

My Journey
My educational background and professional experiences have molded me into versatile, cross-disciplinary expert. From my beginnings as a water resources engineer focused on storm water management, my academic research career studying impacts of humans on the global water cycle, to my current role as a Climate Resilience Scientist, I have a deep understanding of climate and water impacts across multiple scales. This unique knowledge allows me to tackle both local perspectives and broader scale issues, enabling me to support clients in creating and effective climate-resilient solutions.
Experience
In my current position, I apply my rextensive knowledge of water and climate science to understand the risks posed to communities and assets in the face of climate impacts, offering guidance to municipalities and companies for sustainable solutions. I am skilled in water and climate risk assessments, climate resilience analysis and solution development, multi-stakeholder engagement, scenario and trade-off analyses, corporate water risk and stewardship, sustainable impact investing, and climate resilience planning. I am also an experienced and highly efficient project manager.

In addition, I possess a depth of experience with spatial data science and machine learning building models and tools with large scale, multi-temporal datasets using tools such as Python, Jupyter Notebook, R Studio, QGIS, GDAL/OGR, and PostgreSQL/PostGIS.
